If you become aware of violations of laws pertaining to safai karamcharis, you have the option to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Safai Karamcharis (NCSK). You can do so by accessing the complaint section on their website.
The Commission will investigate these complaints and forward them, along with recommendations for further action, to the relevant officers of Municipalities and Panchayats.

A complaint must be made to Panchayat Samiti and if they don’t take any action then you may proceed to tehsil of your Village, they will insure that sweepers reach to your colony. And complaint made in tehsil should be in written form.

Can we complain against Safai Karmchari if he always clean the streets of whole village except our side streets. We also report him many times to also clean our streets but he never do so. Now Suggest Something That What We Can Do?
