You can file for a divorce if your spouse has cheated on you, i.e. when they have had voluntary sexual intercourse with another person. This is also referred to as adultery.
To get a divorce, you will have to prove that voluntary sexual intercourse took place between your spouse and another person.
Till recently, cheating was a crime. It is no longer a crime. However, you can still file for divorce on the grounds that your spouse has cheated on you.

Firstly, him being a Muslim man does not make any difference for your case.
Secondly, the video recording may be relevant evidence, although its evidentiary value will depend on the circumstances and how it is proved before the court. It is not, by itself, necessarily conclusive proof of the allegations.
Thirdly, as to the legality of your wife removing you from your house, it depends on who legally owns the house, and whether it qualifies as a shared household.
While ownership does matter, a marital dispute in itself cannot validate other spouse’s eviction from the house.
In such circumstances, it is possible for you to resort to legal assistance. If your wife is attempting to forcibly dispossess you or otherwise prevent you from accessing the property, you can consult a family-law or civil-law advocate to assess your rights based on the property’s ownership, possession, and whether it qualifies as a shared household. If it qualifies as a shared household there is a greater chance of you getting the relief against such eviction.
