The Hospital bill is Rs 50,000/-.
My claim for Cashless Treatment prepared and claimed by the hospital. Due to lapses on the part of hospital tho claim is rejected. But insurance company has proposed reimbursement claim subject to scrutiny. I have left the hospital with out payment. Hospital has said to have arranged some third party settlement seeking that I have to make payment to them. I am not aware of the terms and conditions.
My demand is that any remission or rejection in the claim amount, it will be to the hospital’s account.
Interest or any other burden on third party settlement shall be to the account of the hospital.
On such a complaint, what would be the Application Fee payable to the District consumer complaints redressal commission.
Please advise.
Thank you
