Access to Justice Lead

Shrutika is the Lead of the Access to Justice Network at Nyaaya, where she oversees the Samvidhan Fellowship through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and intervention planning. She holds a Master’s in Law in Access to Justice from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.

A lawyer and researcher by training, she specialises in criminal justice and disability justice, with extensive experience in developing and managing pro bono legal programs. She has previously worked with iProbono India and Project 39A (now Square Centre Clinic), contributing to research and advocacy across different facets of the justice system.

She writes regularly on contemporary legal issues for national media platforms, and recently authored a report on the experiences of persons with disabilities in their interactions with the police.
