Kanav Narayan Sahgal

Communications Manager

Kanav is responsible for managing the programmatic aspects of the Samvidhaan Fellowship and assisting Nyaaya with its overall communications strategy. Kanav has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Development. Prior to joining Nyaaya, he worked in both the private and the non-profit sectors in a range of roles that included human resource management, internal and external communications, and information management. Kanav is passionate about LGBTQ+ advocacy and frequently writes for national and international publications about local and global queer political affairs. He enjoys reading books on social theory and working out at the gym in equal measure.
