If you find out that child sexual abuse is taking place, you must report it to the police, who in turn must record your complaint in writing. If you don’t, you can be punished with jail time of 6 months or a fine.(( Section 19, The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.)) If you are aware of any incident and are reasonably certain that a child is a victim of any form of sexual abuse please use any of the mentioned ways to contact an authority to help the child out. There are multiple ways to reach out to an authority that will help, so please use any way that suits you the most.

Don’t be worried about what will happen to the child once you complain. The child will be taken care of by the local police/Special Juvenile Police who will inform the Child Welfare Committee(( Section 4, The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Rules, 2012.)) who will further appoint a Support Person to assist the child and the family of the child in the legal process that will follow after the complaint.

Hi I want to raise a complaint about a video forwarded to me through WhatsApp, wherein an approx. 3 years old girl child is being tourchered by an Psychopath with shaving blade. Baby is bleeding crying. He is twisting her hand an showing the bleeding to the camera. This is a freaky video and am not sure about the age of the video and the source. It was forwarded by a Doctor in our friends group. Please suggest how this case will be taken up or handled further. I can be contacted for any queries or questions.

Immediately report the video to the Cyber Crime Cell. You can file a complaint online through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (https://cybercrime.gov.in/).
Provide all the details you have, including the video, the WhatsApp number from which it was forwarded, and any other relevant information. You can also contact your nearby police station and provide the evidence you have(screenshots, video) and make it clear that it is child abuse and grevious hurt. You can futher contact the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) via their helpline number 1098.

Once upon a time there lived a small age child age may be 6 or 7 with mother father small born child age may be 4 or 5 months after birth in their own rented home nearby that home there lived a mother father with their 2 big aged sons in their own home they were selling cosmatics makeup things of girls one day cosmatic selling person (do not know who said to mother of small aged child) said to mother of small aged child (who lived nearyby their home) send your small aged child to my home (cosmatic selling home) my big aged son will teach computer to your small aged child on that day from morning small aged child was playing outside the home in afternoon small aged child got little thirst and come to own home mother of small aged child said that nearby cosmatic selling person is calling you for teaching you computer that his big aged son will teach computer to you (may be the cosmatic selling person says always the small aged child always play outside the home day and night not studying one single thing from tuition for taking money as fees from mother of small aged child) small aged child went to home of cosmatic selling person after went inside home cosmatic selling mother father closed the door of their home father standing nearby that closed door likewise switched off the onn lights the room was dark windows opened little sunlight came little got to see mother standing nearby the small aged child (the small aged child thought tryed to escape but the small aged child was soo small that the small aged child do not know to open the lock do not know what door lock means in this world) angrily both looking at the small aged child got afraid seeing that mother father after that too they both stand nearby each other shouted
