Restricting crowds at public places during Covid-19

The Kerala High Court has observed that though the government issues periodical orders regarding Covid protocol guidelines, these are not followed at some places, particularly liquor shops, and no action is taken against the defaulters. Stating that health is more important than revenue, the Court asked the government to take measures against crowding at public places, particularly liquor shops.
