We have answers to questions on specific scenarios that you may face on a day-to-day basis so that you can understand the options you have under the law. 

In each question, you will be able to see the following:

  1. Topic: The topic the question is based on, such as Traffic Fines, Domestic Violence etc will be given on the top.
  2. Vote: You can upvote questions as well as answers which you like or those you feel are important for others to see.
  3. Give answers/comments: To give answers/comments to particular questions or to ask your doubts regarding a particular question, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Please login or Register to submit your answer”. Once you register as a user with a valid email ID and a password, you can submit your answer or add a comment. While giving the answer, you can insert links as well as add pictures!

Status

OPEN : Open category include questions which are open for answers/discussions.

RESOLVED : Resolved category include questions which have answers which have been fully accepted by Nyaaya moderators. When the questions have a definitive answer which requires no further discussion, they are moved to the ‘Closed’ category.

CLOSED: Closed category include questions that have been answered and there is no requirement for further discussion on it, they are moved into the ‘Closed’ category by the Nyaaya moderators.

UNANSWERED:  Unanswered category include questions which are unanswered on the website.
